Cross Country

Cross Country is a co-ed endurance sport where students train and compete in distance running as individuals and as a team. All students in grades 7-12 are welcome, regardless of experience level.

Participation & Practice

Practices are held after school throughout the week. Prior to school starting, practice times vary from early morning to evening team runs. Meet schedule typically involves one meet each week of the season; usually Tuesday or Thursday. Interested students should connect with Head Coach Ben Nylander (bnylander@isd717.org) and complete the necessary participation forms.
