Baseball

High school baseball provides student-athletes the opportunity to develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while competing in one of America’s most traditional sports. The season typically runs in the spring, with practices and games held on local fields. Players work to refine their hitting, pitching, fielding, and strategic understanding of the game while representing their school in conference and postseason play. Baseball emphasizes commitment, discipline, and camaraderie both on and off the field. All students in grades 7-12 are welcome, regardless of experience level.

Participation & Practice

Practices are held after school throughout the week. Game schedules vary each week and often include Saturday tournaments.  Interested students should connect with Head Coach Brandon Arnold (barnold@isd717.org) and complete the necessary participation forms.
