Softball

High school softball offers student-athletes the chance to build their skills, teamwork, and competitive spirit in a fast-paced and dynamic sport. The spring season includes regular practices and games where players focus on improving their hitting, pitching, fielding, and game strategy. Representing their school in conference and postseason play, athletes learn the importance of dedication, communication, and sportsmanship while building strong team connections on and off the field. All students in grades 7-12 are welcome, regardless of experience level.

Participation & Practice

Practices are held after school throughout the week. Game schedules vary each week and often include Saturday tournaments.  Interested students should connect with Head Coach Kelsey Munson (kmunson@isd717.org) and complete the necessary participation forms.
