Nordic Ski

High school Nordic Skiing combines endurance, technique, and outdoor competition. Athletes train in both classic and skate skiing styles, racing on varied courses through winter conditions. The program emphasizes fitness, perseverance, and teamwork while giving students the opportunity to compete individually and as part of a team. There are boys and girls teams. All students in grades 7-12 are welcome, regardless of experience level.

Nordic Ski is a Scott West team; a cooperative of Jordan and Belle Plaine school districts.  Practices alternate between JHS and Belle Plaine HS. Learn more at their team page
