Team Information
High school wrestling is an individual and team sport that builds strength, discipline, and resilience. Athletes compete in weight classes, focusing on technique, conditioning, and mental toughness. The program emphasizes hard work and sportsmanship, with opportunities to represent the school at dual meets and tournaments. There are boys and girls teams. All students in grades 7-12 are welcome, regardless of experience level.
Wrestling is a Scott West team; a cooperative of Jordan and Belle Plaine school districts.
Participation & Practice
Practices are held after school throughout the week. Game schedules vary each week and often include Saturday tournaments. Game schedules vary each week and often include Saturday tournaments.
